During community workshops,
local residents weighed previously identified community priorities (see summary on left), outlined desired long-range outcomes, and developed strategy recommendations for achieving their goals.

This input, viewed together with the more comprehensive Community Values & Priorities Assessment report, led to a range of seven 'scenario concepts' or building blocks used to identify the final three scenarios.

Summarized below are the results of input provided during community workshops:

The community's seven scenario concepts
are the building blocks used to construct the final three scenarios.  Each of the final three scenarios has a distinct area of emphasis - a packaged set of concepts and ordered priorities upon which to base modeling inputs and assumptions.
